Katsina State was created in 1996. So, what's the fuse about Buhari not building a university in it? Was he the one in government all the while? Meanwhile, PTF funds were utilized in achieving the equiping of schools nationwide and provision of educational materials among other things. If it's about the road, isn't its construction a responsibility of government in the first place? I doubt it's even a federal road. See how narrow it is. So what would you say when others reference Buhari's construction of the three refineries, two of which are in Jonathan's region?

The depths to which PDP paid lapdogs go to dig up dirt is alarming. If they devoted half as much time & resource into their academics and personal enterprises, we would be better for it as individuals and as a nation.
