Who are we?
The Christian Training Academy is an International company providing online training for individuals who volunteer or work in Christian churches or organizations. Our training is biblical, international and non-denominational so anyone can benefit from this easy-to-use and cost effective training.

We specialize in, and provide professional training for, major departments within the church, such as·
Children's ministry Ushering ministry Music ministry Church Team Leadership.

Our mission is developing excellence through valuable skills and knowledge.

The Role
We require Church Liaison Manager’s to join us in developing relationships with local Christian churches and organisations and signing them up to our online courses. Our goal is to have every church, benefiting from our online training courses, with your help this is possible.

Remuneration
We made a promise to make our online courses available to everyone, so for us, an affordable price matters. Courses at the Christian Training Academy start from just $30.

With an attractive commission structure, you will be paid $10 for every course/user login that you sign up. Your home church may, for example, have a mixture of up to 30 volunteers and members who require login-access to a selected course or even to a range of our courses. We pay our CLM’s weekly and this sale alone will earn you $300 commission directly to you.

If you have friends or colleagues at other churches, introduce and sign them up as partner CLM’s. We will pay you a referral bonus for each new team member once they sell their first online training course.

You will have free access to our online courses and we will work with you to develop your team management skills.
