Votes from the villages and rural communities are usually more than those of metropolitan cities and State Capital. The reason is simple. Folks in cities are busy with their jobs and hardly take voters registration serious yet they are the once who speak English on social media. Those village folks are always willing to do the needful. They can sacrifice going to farm and market just to carry out their civic responsibility.

if they are people who do not vote or have a pvc are people from the south east. They are too busy with business and do not believe in government and politics. Due to the last civil war.

The real people that vote and have pvc in large numbers are the north and south west. The people you called illiterate who are in the north can easily be decide by the elIte on who to vote for since they have no choice of their own.

Second are the west and meddle belt before the south south.

And one of the reason gej will lose this election is that south east and south do not vote. I mean the large population of them many do nor even have this current pvc .
