I was using bbm on my phone. Then i tried bringing down the notification tray then it didnt respond.. I thought the phone was just hanging. Then the 3 lights below the screen went off and it remained like that... After some time i removed the battery and put it back. It came on fully then when i wanted to input password it started hanging..

Am not a computer geek so i dont know how to single handly do it myself tats why i want to know the duration of repair if i take it to carl care

The panel of that phone needs to be flashed.

Its white when i boot it.. And i pressed the volume down + power button

if its still blank after trying to boot into recovery (and you're doing it correctly) then it means your recovery partition is corrupted. what this implies is that something else has been done to the phone which you're not telling me

i vent done any other thing to the phone.. All i do on the phone is use bbm and whats app and other social networks and i also play games. Thats all
