President Jonathan and his entourage today paid a visit to the Royal Palace of the the Shehu of Borno, Alhaji Abubakar Garbai El- Kanemi. Jonathan condoled with the monarch over the unfortunate incidents perpetrated by Boko Haram sect, and assured that very soon, peace will be restored in the state.

The President was in Maiduguri for his re-election campaign rally.

But looking at the people/politicians championing this change, one is forced into a position of ambivalence.
The question is: how will the same people who contributed to the dilapidation of our nation cause any positive change now?
