So many kids on this thread.....
Shouting Buhari is in soup like say na them wan carry am go court. If you are expecting unserious fellas like ffk and the pdp to press charges, una go wait tire or have you forgotten FFK statement that goes thus
Adding that if he fails
to report to the Police, the PDP would then hand him
over to God.

Pdp knows they are just on a wild goose chase to distract gullible nigerians, they won't bother wasting their time and money in court.

Guys...Let us leave judicary to do thier job without interference. Let us for once respect thier decesions.
If the court invites be he who...the person should appear in court and defend his course cos nobody is above the law.

REMEMBER:....it will be the same court we all are going to use to fight for our various mandate if the election is rigged by both sides!!!!
So lets leave them to do thier work...!!!! if you make a mockery of it now....you may need them for future.

This OP makes me laugh. Courts have opened and he is jubilating because he thinks litigation can be used to stop Buhari. OP is simply a child who should not be allowed to discuss amongst adults. OP, we know you are desperate and childish but can you remind us how the PDP fared in their Court case against Tambuwal ? My childish friend, the issues with Nigeria are very, very serious and GEJ has failed woefully. He must leave. No Court can save him. You don't get the central point most mature and responsible adults have accepted which is that GEJ must leave or Nigeria fails totally !!!

Charles Soludo is another prominent and informed voice who has just delivered a damning verdict on the President you are bigotedly fond of defending blindly. If you were not such an ethnocentric devotee of GEJ you will see he has effed up so badly that Nigerians are simply begging Buhari to take over!!!!!

Rather, it is GEJ the courts may contrive to remove for how badly he has led Nigeria to the point we resemble a failed State. Were our legislators not hideously corrupt then GEJ would have been booted out ages ago for his impeachable offences which would likely run into the thousands. See Soludo's brutal indictment of GEJ below to note that nothing can save the President you clannishly worship. You are very immature OP and I don't blame you for childishly clinging to the hope the Courts can save Jonathan.

My advice to President Jonathan and his handlers is
to stop wasting their time trying to campaign on his
job record. Those who have decided to vote for him
will not do so because he has taken Nigeria to the
moon. His record on the economy is a clear ‘F’ grade. As one reviews the laundry list of micro interventions the government calls its achievements, one wonders whether such list is all that the government could deliver with an unprecedented oil boom and an unprecedented public debt accumulation. I can clearly see why reasonable people are worried.

Everywhere else in the world, government
performance on the economy is measured by some
outcome variables such as: income (GDP growth
rate), stability of prices (inflation and exchange rate), unemployment rate, poverty rate, etc. On all these scores, this government has performed worse than its immediate predecessor— Obasanjo regime.
If we appropriately adjust for oil income and debt, then this government is the worst in our history on the economy. All statistics are from the National Bureau of Statistics.
Despite presiding over the biggest oil boom in our
history, it has not added one percentage point to the growth rate of GDP compared to the Obasanjo regime especially the 2003- 07 period. Obasanjo met GDP growth rate at 2% but averaged 7% within 2003- 07.
The current government has been stuck at 6%
despite an unprecedented oil boom. Income (GDP)
growth has actually performed worse, and poverty
escalated.
This is the only government in our history where rapidly increasing government expenditure was associated with increasing poverty. The director general of NBS stated in his written press conference address in 2011 that about 112 million Nigerians were living in poverty. Is this the record to defend?

How the thing take concern Buhari

bokohalal:
The judiciary going back to work has nothing to do with Buhari. Even at that, only a fool will go to court to ask a military General to produce his secondary school certificate.
Thanks for your observation. What is on ground is bigger than what they are thinking.

Indeed Sir. Obama has just proclaimed the GEJ Government "ineffective" while condemnation has come in internationally for Nigeria over how the US Military is now working with Chad and Cameron while side-lining and ignoring "insincere" Nigeria. Soludo , former CBN Governor, has waded in to give a very negative and scathing indictment of the 5 years of GEJ. No intelligent and/or balanced person can be found supporting GEJ today.

The economy is in serious trouble and Boko Haram just killed 2,000 Nigerians recently while continuing its voracious quest to claim territory from an elected Government that is mandated to defend the territorial integrity of Nigeria at all cost. Runaway corruption has rendered Nigeria comatose while strikes and civic unrest loom as the irresponsibly corrupt and thieving FG cut allocation to States leaving many struggling seriously to fund recurrent expenditure such as wages. It is problems galore everywhere because of the mismanagement of GEJ. Not many, home and abroad, are smiling with the GEJ Government. Goodwill behind Buhari, as GEJ himself enjoyed in 2011, is enormous and directly proportionate to the monumental and shocking failings of GEJ. They have looted all the income that should have been put away as "rainy day" savings when all prices remained incredibly high virtually through the 5 years GEJ has led Nigeria to make him the President/head of State who has had the biggest income to work with by far !!!!

Please let the PDP hurry up and head to Court to fight Buhari if the Party dares. Not only will they be humbled and disgraced badly , as with the Tambuwal affair, but this will hasten the eruption of the pent-up anger Nigerians are harbouring against this callous and unrepentant government that is consumed with hounding others rather than owning up to its own misrule which has gotten us where we are today.

See as mumu TANoids are rejoicing over JUSUN calling off strike, what does that have to do with Buhari beside I haven't see anybody or group taking the General to court, all I noticed is hearsay & propaganda on dailies.
