I have 3 questions:

1.) Is this Cheaper than using Blocks/Cement/Sand mixture for "House Wall" Partitioning? Give me a rough idea (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, e.t.c. Cheaper?)

2.) Does it have the strength? At least to withstand roofing since Pillars would also be around to do the weight-lifting?

3.) Can it reduce "considerably", the overall WEIGHT of the house, if used in the Upper floors as walls?

Now to the questions...

1. In some cases it's on par with wet-walls(brick and sand dust plastering), in some cases it is cheaper, in other cases it's far more expensive. If the partition is just for demarcation, plain and simple... The cost crashes depending on how voluminous the project is. Reason why it can't be put in percentage.

Other factors like suspended walls, protrusions, Acoustic walls(sound-proof), Armour walls, designed drywalls etc can also determine the cost of drywalls.

2. Talking of strength, since a partition has nothing to do with roofing, I take it you meant Steel building Sir. And steel building consist of recycled building materials, non-aldehyde / non-lead. It's main advantages is its earthquake resistance, energy saving, cleanliness, durability...

3. Absolutely!!! Reason why skyscrapers are prefabricated materials, drywalls and steel flooring.
