jaylister:OK, I really appreciate. But the Modem is not displaying any place where I can enter that code if I use another network sim. Note that it's a Glo Modem. |

OCTAVO:there must be a pop up dialog box demanding for pin but it does not pop up then try this click on tools after installing modem goto operation click on unlock pin type the above mentioned pin and click on unlock |

I hope this was a thread created 3years back that eventually resurfaced, but my thought hit the wrong path. Lemmie put it straight to you guys, E303 huawei modem is of two types (the customized firmware and the default firmware) if yours happens to fall within the range of the customized firmware don't even bother trying the unlocking stuffs cuz it wouldn't work. How then can you know if it's a customized firmware..? Run a check through your DC unlocker also most of the modems our network providers sells these days are mostly built with customized firmware.
