Just like her sweet-toothed big sister, Kim Kardashian, before her, Kylie Jenner stepped out to launch the latest Sugar Factory American Brasserie location in Chicago on Friday, Jan. 23. And like Kardashian so often does, the teen Instagram queen donned a plunging, body-conscious black dress.

Great minds! The youngest Jenner child, 17, who covers Cosmopolitan’s February 2015 issue, modeled a cocktail dress with a deep V-neckline, covered from top to bottom in black lace. She added golden bangles, rings, and a timepiece, plus long slate nails.

For beauty, the PacSun designer worked her signature plump pout, lush out-to-there lashes, bold arched brows, and pin-straight hair.
