If you derive pleasure in surfing the net and it's in no way affecting you in terms of health and efficiency, then continue. Trust me when I say in this century that we are, no one can do without the Internet. But if you just want to quit because people are saying you press phone too much, then you sir are not serious!

There was a guy I helped with his phone and he started calling me an ICT guru and I was like "bros if you see an ICT guru, you go forget my name".

well am not here to tell you how to stop been addicted to surfing the net,as I am looking for it too.but am here to tell you if you use that time in surfing productive things,you will not regret it,you can start up a blog or try web designing, there lots of businesses to do online.
