It is possible for a magician with practice to do the same with a small snake .My scientific mind would ask was it a sedated snake or a rubber one that is vomited and switched with a live one using the help of accomplices in the crowd and the highly suggestible folf that are in most pentecostal churches.bottomline it is a gimmick
