The tank is a British made tank which I believe was captured from NA then recaptured and what does that got to do with licence? The operators can be hired mercenaries from Chad or even Libya

The last time I checked, Sharia had nothing to with America but enshrined in Islamic laws.

Shekau has made it clear he wants an Islamic state where sharia and other teachings of Mohammed will be fully practiced.
