greatikena: Sometimes i never seem to get enough amazement from NL ! Why ? A down to earth female web designer simply posts her availability to work on web projects and some of you now seem to turn her thread upside down. Is it because she is female or because its written in your books that Males are the best web designers. Simple point of correction to most of you Ego driven dudes. Grow Up ! Get matured and face the realities of this present time. Obviously a good female web designer or developer can double both as PR and Techy Personnel. |

@dhtml Has something to do with z-index positioning Fails with Flash Content in front of DHTML/Javascript menus so y'see they sometimes have to be forced behind using 'transparent' techniques |
