APC Terrified of Election Postponement Because Their Financier Are Broke. by Atouke: 9:19pm On Feb 07, 2015 |
Tinubu, Lagos State treasury, Fashola, Amaechi. Rivers state treasury, Okorocha and imo State treasury . Which are the major source of funding for the APC campaign is afraid that if the election is postponed, it may not have the financial muscle to sustain their ongoing media and social media campaign against the deep pockets of the PDP. This is coming on the backdrop of their choosing Poor pa Buhari, whose only real wealth is 150 cows, and his heard has not changed since the number has stayed the same for the certificate forger from 1999 when he started declaring asset to run for office till date. one wonders if the number stayed the same because Pa Buhari is not a good farmer or is a clueless businessman who lacks the skill to increase his stock, Or maybe his inability to count after all he gave himself F9 in maths in his forged waec result. What makes APC really worried is that the campaign adverts both on conventional and online media has only been paid for, up till february 13. and they do not know how to get funding for the campaign beyond that time. Information reaching us from the Buhari campaign team is that the Northern governors especially kwankwaso have refused to fund the campaign because they see the whole project as Tinubu's project, whose main aim is to control the presidency by proxy if APC wins, an hence the lack of enthusiasm on their part. They are saving their money for state campaign. The calculation was that LASG,RVSG, Amaechi, tinubu, fashola will be able to singlehandedly fund the campaign, without any stress, but for the threatening postponement that may thwart their calculation. Dont be surprised if the APC campaign blacks out on the midnight of february 13, baring a die minute funding intervention this may likely be the case. Lets watch out. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

Currently I am apolitical, but baring in mind the current trends i do not believe that APC will lack funds to prosecute the rest of their campaign. these donors/ supporters you mentioned would dig deep into their pockets and make the cash available. no matter what, time waits for no man, you can only postpone the inevitable the elections will hold this year before may 29 and we would all rest. 8 Likes |

armadeo:Tinubu's Business are already stressed to the brim as he has taken all excess cash from the business including running cost, for campaign and shareholders are already beginning to panic. Logos state treasury, rivers state treasury and imo state treasury is empty as we write, all projects in the state has stopped due to lack of funds and contractors have been starved of funds since october 2014. Lagos light rail and other projects abandoned. all cash channeled to Pa Buharis campaign. Same with rivers state, Monorail abandoned , all road projects stalled since 2014. imo state is not fairing any better, all the road projects abandoned the only parts of the road in Imo state that was built is the roundabout, so as we write the all projects in the state has been abandoned including all the town gates that are okorocha's signature projects. This states are owing civil servant salaries since dec 2014. 5 Likes |

Trust me, we the masses that truly have the best interest of this country at heart will fund the campaign. Tell your oga Jona to start packing. 5 Likes |

Atouke: it might be stressed as you say i don't know but at this point do you think it would really be difficult for them to get funds to push for 6 weeks. i doubt that. no matter the amount they would get it. this is a major party not one of those 16 parties 80% of Nigerians with PVC have never heard about. 1 Like |

WisdomFlakes: Nonsense, You should be preparing to return all the money that was fraudulently taken out of Rivers. Lagos and Imo state treasury. PDP is taking over those states in may 2015. and there will be a thorough probe of State finances leading up to election. Failbuhari and his financiers will go to jail. 6 Likes |

The truth is their campaign is running out of cash, and they cant sustain the campaign beyond february 13th 2015. Some one said BROKE BUHARI dont you think that a great catch phrase? 1 Like |

Atouke:"Your sources are credible" please don't make me puke! Are you a journalist? Are your sources in the APC campaign camp? And just how close to infor are your sources? Can we even ascertain the credibilty of your sources? Because we know some sources are just outrightly dumb and say whatever! That's why we have so many uninformed news/opinions here on Nairaland!. Just ask yourself why didn't those clamoring for the postponing of this election bring up this ingenius idea? How come is now they're thinking about peeps who haven't collected their PVC? |
