This was Jega that conducted election in 2011 and declared Jonathan as the winner and Buhari (a Northerner) loser in 2011. All of a sudden, the same Jega is biased with "Boko Haram" agenda like TYANoids and Jonadunce want us to believe.


The problem Jonathan is facing is about referendum on his records of the last five years. Nigerians just don't want Jonathan anymore because of his ineptness ad corruption. It's rather sad that members would be allowed to create thread based on false information clear violating Rule 8 esp in the politics section.

Lalasticlala pls take a look @ the source. Its nothing but a porn blog. The blogger obviously wants to redirect traffic to his blog and he/she thinks this act of mischief is the only way to do that.

Seun this is the second of two threads breaking Rule 8 under the watch of the mods. I know the responsibilities of a mod is daunting as everybody wants their thread on fp but something as critical as this should be given priority.

My suggestion to you seun is that you create a thread re-emphasizing Rule 8 and the punishment for violating it. I would have done this but for some reasons I can't seem to create threads. I hope the Mods in the politics section will look into this and do the needful.

The successor to the out-going Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Chairman, Prof Attahiru Jega has being nominated.

The In-coming INEC chairman is Prof Nazim Olufemi Mimiko, a professor of Political Science and International Relation and a former VC of Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo State.

The embattled Prof Jega who has long compromised his position as INEC Boss, will be officially proceeding on his three months terminal leave with effect from March 1, 2015 in compliance with the civil service procedure.
