If 100k was all I had, I'd personally be looking into a used HP envy 17(or 15) with its highest configuration4th gen core i7 quad, 16GB RAM, 1TB HD, SSD) and all that good stuff.. . This should easily be cheaper than 100k(remember I'm talking used here) alternatively, I'd be looking into a Dell XPS 17 with similar specs as stated above (Dells are usually more expensive though so that's the reason why I wouldn't be trying to get the RAM up to 32GB).
For brand new, you could check out threads in the market sections, you should find some good deals.
For used high end PCs, I am not sure where you can buy them anymore... If anybody can make suggestions, that'd be great. But in any case, 100k should get you a good enough laptop.
Ps. You should also note that 100k is not a range.
