shaqhead:Contrary to what most of you guys would want us to believe, we are living in a sane society and not a jungle. Why draw the hasty conclusion that this captain would have been eliminated ostensibly for spilling the beans? The last time I checked we still have mutinous soldiers awaiting trial in this country. No-one meted out jungle justice to them: consider that the army has been known to liquidate mutineers and deserters without giving them the option of adjudication. Even at that, have we not seen people who dared the odds to expose crime and complicity? If the captain's cousin is being tortured, what do we expect APC and their lawyers to do? Is it to parrot propaganda and half-truths to whoever cares to listen or to do the needful by approaching the courts of the land for redress? Someone is wasting my time... |

barcanista: Who is advising President Jonathan? President Jonathan has a ''crack team'' of advisers, credible, intelligent, outstanding men and women from various fields some of which are; 1. Femi Fani-Kayode 2. Doyin Okupe 3. Reuben Abati 4. The First Lady, Patience Jonathan 5. Diezani Allison-Madueke 6. Stella Odua And a host of ''notably notorious'' individuals. A president cannot have these as advisers and not perform creditably woefully. 2 Likes |

maestroferddi: Hmmm...U can keep dancing round my question all u want and if u had time so precious not to be "wasted", u cd hv simply ignored but u cdnt resist d itch cos ur position was questioned. Anywy sinc u hd responded albeit unsatisfactorily, it wl b fair u get a riposte frm me. Am goin to ask u my question again so u hv another chance of self redemption. Questn: How should the fact that this captain is AWOL affect the veracity of his allegation? Is wikileaks all of a sudden "weakleaks" becos Edward Snowden is in exile? How is it incumbent upon APC lawyers to take up the case of the captain's brother torture case? How does a news item frm an online media outlet become propaganda or half truth frm APC? On one hand u r tempted to admit that the captain's brother was tortured and on the other hand this is all happenin in a "SANE" world! Mr. its nt so difficult to get updated! Pls check again! The Mutineers are nt AWAITING TRAIL but on death row AWAITING EXECUTION in ur "sane" world considering the events that led to the mutiny! Pls if u kno u cant profer plaausible answers to my qstns, dnt bother wasting my time! 1 Like |

and its curious that the prime suspect (the General Momoh) is the same person putting together this board of inquiry. Its true GEJ has nearly destroyed this country of ours as we are just about surviving, but i can assure every single Nigerian that Buhari is no better. We will be here to discuss his failure in the next 1 year, that's believing he will win... I wonder when we will have credible persons lacking negative history and skeletons to come forward and take the mantle of Presidency |

maestroferddi: Fayose won the Ekiti election? Of course, there is no doubt about that? But in the face of the whole truth, do you want to deny the fact that soldiers were used to intimidate oppositions by means of arrest, the same way they have put Tinubu under house arrest? For God's sake we know that both the ruling party and the opposition have plans to rig. Non of them is innocent of rigging. But the ruling party has seen it that Nigerians now know better and Nigerians don't want the. Bro, we need something different from what we have been used to. We need a change of thought and attitude. Bro, deep down your mind, look around you. Don't you think Nigeria is going backward by the day? Don't you think you yourself need to experience a new dimension of living. We are tired, bro. Let's give another set of people a chance at the national level. Bro I be Lagosian and I tend to tilt towards supporting apc, but with current trend, I don't seem to care if apc loses in Lagos! Yes, I don't care. In my opinion, let another set of people also take a shot at the Federal level. That's what a model democracy is like. As it is now, the clear hand-writing is on the wall that Obama's party is losing the next presidential election in the US. If it happens like that, Americans benefits the more because the ruling party must perform and merit election success not by rigging at all but by the wish of the people. Bro, our eyes are wide open, let's use them to see. |

jaz: Bro, I feel you. But I don't think Buhari ever had any negative history. Pdp have only always used his disciplinarian nature to campaign against him because he punished corrupt leaders when he ruled Nigeria. They list people he punished and didn't state the crime they committed. As a matter of fact, most of them were cocaine pushers. And you can't deny the fact that there are countries that have no other punishment other than death sentence for cocaine pushers. A typical example is Malaysia who have sentenced so many people to death by hanging for pushing cocaine and even the United Nations have no issue with that. In my opinion, Buhari is a credible leader, in short one of the few true patriots that God has blessed Nigeria with. My only issue with is the age of hos ideas which I don't think Jonathan with a younger age is less guilty of because I feel they all have AGED IDEAS. We need a young president with vibrant ideas, yes and agreed. But if the young man with vibrant ideas steps in at the moment, inexperience will sink him. We therefore needs someone like Buhari to lay a foundation for a younger president to perform better. |

So so astonishingly ridiculous,GEJ as a president is morally deficient indeed ,it's has neva be bad as this in d country ;imagine soldiers as escorts for fayose and even driving him around during campaigns (I stil have d pic if d Army panel of enquiry still wants evidence on d matter). I wish our politicians would realize that power is only transient,it doesn't last forever. |

If impersonators, impostors could be caught trying to incriminate Ekiti Government, then Captain Koli's evidence is trumped up. Such a Soldier is dangerous to the Security of Nigeria. He is worse than bokoharam, biafra, Fulani herdsmen, Saksaky etc. He is an incriminating impostor. He should be disciplined, charged and dismissed without benefit. |
