Nigerian Mastercards Working Like Credit Cards? by Nobody: 2:33pm On Jan 04, 2009
HI everyone! Happy new year! This '09 should bring us all, good businesses and God mercies when traveling.

I have one comment to make and wait for responses. Am to emigrate to Canada anytime the Embassy decides to get me the pass but one thing here, is to open an/a available, transferable and encumbered dollar account. This I have done with GTB that means all monies in it and which goes in, must be in US dollar, but the lady told me on Monday (05/01/09) I should wait for my Account number via an Sms and still walk into their office for my MasterCard. I shouldered! Does it mean we can use debit card to do business, pay for things like application fees and order for other goods and services just on where the normal credit cards links are? Because credit is loan to my understanding. If it is true that means a big thing to Nigerians, at least we can do good stuff online instead of disturbing folks abroad or looking for slow methods like using money order, coupon etc. Again, Nigerians can't be trusted with credits, can we?
