Please forgive my ignorance. Does a vice chancellor in a University wield more power than the chancellor? if yes then why? Is the vice-chancellor's office not supposed to be like the deputy or something? I have noticed its mostly the vice-chancellor who's mostly at the fore front of running the university's affairs. |

the V.C Is lyk a Governor. The chancellor lyk a King. Governor is powerful in a state. Nt all Kings are powerful. |
