I called a friend who works in the customer care department. She checked my line and said too many applications were running on my phone. She got it rectified. Applications run and you get debited even when you change phones. Do same,call customer care. |

Why do people waste their time with all those cherry voice empty brain female customer care agent, when Google is around. simply text EOCN OFF to 131 Be careful because you would also turn off your call balance alert after calls. |

bluejeff: What type of phone do u use? turning off your end of call notification by sending "EOCN OFF to 131" doesn't necessarily solve the underlying issue. there are app(s) updating themselves in the background on ur device that is the cause of your predicament. ALTERNATE RESOLUTION TIPS: 1. SUBSCRIBE FOR A DATA BUNDLE 2. LOCATE THE APP UPDATING ITSELF AND UNINSTALL IT 3. IF USING AN ANDROID/BB TURN OFF UR DATA TILL U SUBSCRIBE p.s If u are using a bb and u have an active subscription send DATA OFF to 131 cheers!! |
