Having observed past elections I have noticed that the other loop hole that riggers take advantage of is the use of political thugs, many are equipped with dangerous weapons, many have support of some security personnel and political party officials while others are just looking for destruction and among their actions are ballot box snatching, stuffing of ballot boxes with pre thumb printed ballot papers and also shooting for very long periods to scare away voters from coming out to exercise their rights, is it that the security personnels are not sufficient to tackle them or there are other factors involved will love intelligent minded people to discuss there and bring out possible feasible solutions to tackle these menace.
