As I was sitting in my shop on tuesday17/02/15, hoping to have a good number of customers, a man came in and I immediately recognized him as a IBED bill distributor(PHCN Staff old days  ), so he gave me the bill. But what baffles me was the notice of "electricity rate at 24.68 naira"  I don't know if anybody also notice it |
