Green tea without milk or sugar is a great health tonic for the body as it really builds up the immune system. Green teas contain more caffeine than black teas (proved).
As long as they contain caffeine, it isn't healthy for our consumption.
If green teas contain more caffeine than energy drinks, and energy drinks have negative health effect on us, why take them?
Drink hot water in the morning or optionaly with glucose.Has same effect as tea or coffee, and is healthier.

Teas, coffee, soda, energy and sport drinks are all same.They weaken us and dehydrate us eventualy (histamine)
An average human loses about 2liters of water through sweating, talking and breathing.Are you replacing that water lost?


Stay healthy, drink more water, but not too much.
