Our believe is that the world is getting more violent by the day as it fulfil our religious prophesies but when we look at it critically from history, we can observe that the world is actually getting more peaceful. Countries tends to solve issues more civil now than engaging in unnecessary wars. For example, Europe is more peaceful in the last 40 years or so as compared to before. Even in Nigeria, there has been several more violent wars before now such as the Usman Danfodio Jihad, Kiriji war, etc. Not to talk of slavery, Cannibalism and other violent things the world was exposed to.

If we look arround us we will see that political violence is gaining momentum day by day esp in states under the control of the APCs and as for religieous violence that is a problem of the entire world.

The world as a whole has gotten much less violent. Study history and you'll discover that humans were brutal savages in the past.
