Recently , I saw photo footage of NFF President Amaju Pinnick and Arsene Wenger in London. As I followed the motive of that visit and ask the benefit of such visit to our football; Amaju Pinnick says he is going back to London to see Mourinho, Brenda Rogers, Pellegrini.To woo them for release of Nigeria players, Woo them ? With tax payers money ? Was that in your Manifesto ? What about grass-root football development you promised ? Charity begins at home. Why didn't you visit Enyimba , Rangers , Kano Pillars, Warri Wolves , Dolphins and woo their coaches for players release ? It's indeed sad the way we run our football . 2 Likes |

There are two types of taxation if you must know namely Direct and Indirect tax.Direct Taxes are the taxes that are levied on the income of individuals or organisations. Income tax, corporate tax, inheritance tax are some instances of direct taxation. Income tax is the tax levied on individual income from various sources like salaries, investments, interest. Op please just remove this your noise making tax payers money. What he is doing is not bad. If the guys choose to play for Nigeria fine, but if not we have to accept it.After all is pannick didn't go asking them to represent their fathers land and dey start doing well in England national team, you will still blame him for not persuading them to play for us. |

You don't woo players to play for a country so blessed with wealth of football talents like Nigeria. What I did was point out how mistakes begin. He should make the environment encouraging first and believe me it will be the other way round, Players should work hard to play for Nigeria not WE wooing and begging parents for persuasions.. It's strange to me. Moreover, his puzzle should be about finding a world class coach and not acting as a coach, Don't he have technical committee ? 2pence:Abeg where are these talents I keep hearing we're blessed with?? Naija football is super overrated at the moment. Now I don't agree with Oga Amaju's trip, but to say we shouldn't try and convince those foreign based players is just plain dumb. Algeria do it on a regular basis, so I don't see anything wrong with it. |
