i have had to wait for two months for a mere screen discoloration problem that my Samsung Galaxy Duo developed, i was told it would take 7 working days or more, and now its been 2 months and no one is giving me feed backs on what is happening with my phone. this is the poorest customer service i have ever experienced in my life, i have been without a smart phone for 2 months now, Samsung has detained my phone indefinitely in the name of fixing it.
to worsen the whole matter, the customer care agents are rude and slow to picking up their calls and never return calls. its very sad, i am regretting ever purchasing that Samsung phone.
