tpiar Bidemi is not an amutorunwa name. It's a general name describing the family situation at the time of birth, like most other Yoruba names. The amutorunwa names are what the child itself brings with him, naturally. I think Abidemi is more of an Abiso right? Dats my name sha! |

Bhuumite, VickyRotex, semitunde ; You all must agree that latin was not the original written method of the Yoruba people. We had our own writing system which we have all forgotten. what a forgetful people we are, anyways, that isn't our fault. Tunde original is Tunday or Tunaday, it means one with strong faith. Babatunde- one wise with strong faith Obatunde- king with strong faith Yetunde- wise woman with strong faith Olatunde- wealthy one with strong faith etc. It is a very ancient name. Every African name as we know it is been mis pronounced- They are all the names in the book of life. we will get it all back! 1 Like 1 Share |
