Here I share you two ways to get the video and audio files: one is from DVDs, other one is from other video files such as videos made by movie maker, downloaded on Internet, or some videos stored in your PC.
To get movies and songs from DVD you need to convert the DVD files with DVD to Nokia Converter, download DVD to Nokia Converter and install it. Then convert the DVD files in this way:
Step 1: Insert the DVD disc into the DVD Drive. Click the Open DVD button, browse your computer, find the DVD folder of the movie, open it and select tiles and chapters you want. 

Step 2: Click the “profile” button and select the “Nokia 5800 Video MPEG-4 (*.mp4)” format.
Step 3: Click the “convert” button to start the conversion.         
In few minutes, the conversion will be completed and you may get the videos and music for your phone from DVD.
To get movies and songs from other video files, you need a professional Nokia video converter to convert it to MPEG-4 format. Download and install it. Then you may convert your video in this way:
Step 1: Click “add” button to import your videos from your computer.
Step 2: click the “format” drop-down list to select the “Nokia 5800 Video MPEG-4 (*.mp4)” format. 

Step 3: click the “convert” button and start the conversion.       
Ok, after the conversion finished, you may enjoy movies and songs with your Nokia phone.

Showstopa. . . What to do? simple! Leave it in 20liters of hot water for 1hour, afterwards throw it from a 3 storey building, then send it to an engineer. . . Hope I was able to help?
