JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing within Skoybus’s Retail and Partner business channels as well as company-wide marketing initiatives. Skoybus will be growing quickly and we’re looking for a world class marketing leader to take the business to the next level.
Areas of responsibility include marketing strategy, product marketing, customer acquisition, lifecycle and retention marketing, and marketing analytics.

Seeking an experienced and professional individual for the position of Marketing Manager for a financial services company focusing on payment solutions such as prepaid debit cards, e-commerce solutions, and loyalty rewards programs.

We're seeking an individual that has experience at marketing consumer brands and consumer products. Individual must have experience with marketing for both retail outlets and through online marketing campaigns.

The Marketing Manager requires experience with SEO, PPC & Online Advertising strategies.

The Marketing Manager’s position requires promotion of our brand through innovative campaigns with national brands, national outlets and national franchises.

Salary: A 7 figure salary

Responsibilities:
• Drive growth in revenue and profits of Skoybus’s Retail and Partner
channels by enhancing customer acquisition and maximizing customer loyalty and engagement with Skoybus’s products and services.
• Develop strategic marketing plans and roadmap for all marketing
initiatives, programs and tests.
• Develop and update point of sale marketing in Pharmacy, grocery,
Convenience, Grocery and Big Box Retailers.
• Manage a retention marketing team focused on building and
optimizing customer lifecycle experience and maximizing customer retention.
• Drive marketing analytics that provide business insights and lead
to improved results.
• Lead company-wide marketing initiatives including branding and
product marketing.
• Drive partnership and collaboration with internal teams and leaders
across Product, Engineering, Creative, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Legal.
• Hire and manage a talented team of marketers.

Skills/Education/Experience:
• 4+ years of marketing experience with increasing levels of
responsibility and leadership.
• Significant experience consumer services and relationship marketing.
• Financial services experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proven track record of driving growth in customer lifetime value
and aggregate business results.
• Very strong analytical capabilities. Demonstrated ability to
leverage data analytics to drive business performance.
• Excellent communications skills – both oral and written. Track
record of working with executive management.
• Highly motivated, positive attitude, and passionate about building
consumer businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business Administration in
Marketing, Communications or related degree or applicable experience preferred.
