alright,but in this thread,our motive differs,when i mean prospective Architects,creative Designers with Imaginations,I personally,I Design different Architectural plans,be it Commercial buildings,Residential Buildings,i am here to help,thanks for your suggested Thread.

oh Currently I Reside In Imo State,But Due To the nature Of My Profession,Sometimes I Do Clatter to Abia State for works related Issues.but If You Are serious in learning Architectural designs,Distance Wouldnt be a problem.

To All Nairalanders,i present to You all my designs.It's called a moderate design,both for low/high income workers....Five bedroom duplex..all ensuit..

Let Me Explain..The five bedroom ensuit contains, the following.Ante-room Living room,three bedroom down Two bedroom up, Toilet/bath..store,kitchen,laundry,dinning,all ensuit.

certified means, having stamp,if it's in that area NO,but if it's in design,i design and i have a certified Architect that seal and stamp my design,feel free to contact us for your moderate designs.thanks,
