Good morning papa's nd mama's...
On the 26th of February I tried using the Atm to deposit into my account nd with cash I deposit a total amount of 10k...nd d machine went out of service... Immediately I entered the bank nd they check for jammed but not any I was asked to fill a form... Nd within 24 hrs.. But nothing so on Friday I went back there nd d guy told me my money as been found nd this is a new week...

Now this my problem... They careless as if my money is useless....

Why should we ve deposit error and d money is not returned ASAP as confirmed.....

Am not in lag anymore to fill any kind of more form...

I don't even have any form of evidence.. GTB as all details not even an evidence for customers....

You are acting stupidly by putting your contact details online. GTB have branches nationwide you can go to lay your complaints. Even if you are in a remote village without a GTB branch you have internet access and can go to their website to lay your complaints.
