A 36-year-old man flew into rage and stabbed his girlfriend 13 times on the hand inflicting serious injuries on her because she served him a cold meal.

Michael Keeney of Cabin Creek was arrested by County police operatives in West Virginia, United States.

A criminal complaint was filed against Keeney at the Kanawha County Magistrate’s Court and he was charged with a 13 counts of malicious assault or battery.

According to the police investigation, officers arrived the scene of a stabbing around 8 p.m. on Sunday, March 1, 2015, reports World Wide Weird News.

Police officers discovered the victim with multiple wounds although she tried to cover up by telling them that she fell on the ice outside her house.
She later opened up and told them how her boyfriend battered her with a kitchen knife because she gave him a cold food.Apart from the kitchen knife, Keeney hit the victim on the hand with a hammer.

Meanwhile, he was booked into the South Central Regional Jail, with bail set at $5,000.
