Many people just look for news item and latch onto to them as if that is the ultimate truth. We have Alpha jets and they can still outrun and rain down death on BH ragtag army. So the Nigerian Airforce should use them to achieve whatever they can achieve. But if you think that is all NAF has, then you are seriously mistaken. The FG has purchased other attack/assault Helos and many of them have already been used.

Alpha jet is a small tactical platform for valley bombing and field interdiction. For the operation you implied, an interceptor like MIG will be required. This not to deny that our airforce is nothing to write about.

Don't be deceived our govt is colluding in the bombing of our own territory so that Nigerians be displaced and our territory could be annexed by puppet Francophone countries.

Boko haram is not Nigeria fighting Sudan bro. There is still collatera damage on the part of the government and using hi tech weapon as you suggest will wipe out a whole local government with all the people and infastructure. Don't forget the onus of building such places after the war rest on the government with the use of tax payers money.
Am sure the military must have consider lots of things before the use of Alpha jet. Our present economic realities leaves few budget for reconstruction after war and the government must make sure minimal lives and property are destroyed.
