Please i need u people's help. my GoTv started acting funny on sunday night. When i put on the decoder, it will be talking and will show the Go Channel but when i change to another channel it will stop talking. I contacted GoTv via twitter and they asked me to switch off then switch it on again, it worked but i immediately i change channels like 2 or 3 times, it will stop talking.

I complained to dem again but they ignored me. Been calling their customer service line since but they refused to pick up my calls. I just bought the decoder last month and am already experiencing dis problem. plz is there anyone here dat have experienced d same problem? plz i need help, i don't know what to do.

U can reboot by removing d plug&inserting it again. Also u can call deir customer care +2348039003788 dats deir num. Sorry dear.
