So, how do handless kitchen units work? After all, you still need to be able to open the cabinet doors and drawers. Here are a few of the options that are available:

1.Continuous rail – Often referred to as “true handless”, these incorporate a concealed rail that creates a space for you to grip.

2 Push-to-open – These use a special mechanism that opens the door when you press on it.

3.Concealed finger pulls – These are often used on overhead cabinet doors. They hang down slightly further than the bottom of the kitchen unit, and you simply hook your finger under the door to pull it open.

4.Visible finger pulls – Options include finger pulls that are moulded into the shape of the cabinet, or made of metal and attached. Since they span the entire length of the door or drawer, they blend in well with the kitchen unit and don’t stick out like handles do.
