@emeka. i dont use etisalat and i dont dream of using. i only need configuration for the one-glo that i use.

Name: GLOWAP or Gwap
Homepage: http://wap.gloworld.com
Access Point Name/APN: glogwap
Username: wap
Password: wap

The APN type should be the default setting (PAP). There are settings here  and here.  You shouldn't need to enter the port or proxy details.  Hope this helps.
