huh? If that is true then the north should be more developed considering the fact that they've being in power many times in the past more than any other region. If the allocations to the region are properly used without any theft as you claim, they should be more developed in all aspects (education, basic amenities etc). Not so?

if the north have been more in government have they also focus more government development to the north neglecting other sections f the country as we have today ?
Re: 10 State Capitals In Nigeria With Low Crime Rate by rman: 6:41am On Mar 07, 2015
Jos (ethnic and religious crisis now bombing,) and Makurdi( robbery and communal clashes) should not make your top ten crime free states in Nigeria. Ilorin, Minna and Osogbo should be in everyone's top 10.

Other state capitals which made up to 15 were:

11. Minna

12. Enugu

13. Ilorin

14. Gombe

15. Kano

However, they were rated as 2nd class after the first 10.

Top on that list is Osogbo ! It is effectively policed and very well secured. Armed robbers have never attacked any bank in that city and if they attempt it,they will be caught or killed. Crime has no place in Osogbo. You may verify this from any good security expert.
hey! Dat is a big fat lie!
