have been using this hot note since inception march this year and its the most durable smart phone have used people still marvel at it but people complaining here so much I don't understand I mean if there is issue it should be user fault mouthpiece earpiece charging point speaker screen camera everything superb and have been using it since march this year and I look at the new note 2 it is not worth dropping my note for then gionee phone .....heavy , crappy design and expensive... my observation

its not a matter of usb or charger. those options have been eliminated conclusively. this device suffers from this flaw.

I urge you to get the charger in the picture below.
I have suffered a lot and bought many charger before I stumble upon this new age charger.I bought it #1400 in Abeokuta.
It works fine and charges fast like normal infinix charger

Just leave the phone for a couple of hours....preferably 24hrs for the battery to go flat.. Then flash all over again

Make sure you flash the right firmware and also use firmware upgrade (not downlaod only)

If u get the right legal team u can sue them. In a right thinking mobile company, if ur devices get burn due to unknown, some mobile company will immediately give u a new one or even compensate u. Just like the way Samsung did and also Microsoft lumia phones. If u want to destroy infinix market, published the burnt phone on social media and other platforms,they will contact you surely.

In all, try come to there Lagos customers care if u can and threaten them. Didn't they know phone can explode. My dear claim ur warranty or file for a breach of contract

Just2endowed has said it all dear, or you can try coming to carlcare at lagos and see what happens.

But I am 100% sure your warranty covers that incident if you ve not used your warranty already.

weldone bosses pls how is the final lollipop Rom is it ohk now in terms of ram and performance or KitKat is best bet and again I downloaded two files for the lollipop rom one is 92mb zip format the other is 823mb rar format things is I don't know the one that uses flashtool among them your response will be appreciated

Truth be told lollipop does not favour those that use devices with 1gb ram, they're always faced with multitasking issues, I suggest you stick with your Kitkat boss. This is my own opinion the choice is yours to make boss.
