Welcome to this thread. I believe this will help most girls in here. Being around some ladies, i have come to observe that most of them don't pay attention on issues concerning this topic. Some don't even know there is need to take special care it. You should know it is your asset and should be appreciated, cherished, protected and taken care of like any other asset one posses. Join me as we learn how to take care of our bosom. A beautiful bust is partly a gift of nature and partly a result of the care you take. Tending to your girls is not a difficult task, the only thing is that you have to make a routine and work on it regularly. Remember, they are your assets. Here are a few pointers that might help you. 1. Weight watch. Make sure you look after your weight and keep it stable .This is because the bosom are essentially made up of fatty tissues, gaining or loosing weight very quickly has an awfully damaging affect it. It makes them sag. Therefore, proper health program should be followed and crash weight loss programs should be avoided or be done with caution. 2. Appropriate Bra type and size. Wearing an appropriate bra is very important. 80% women wear wrong bras, mainly because they don’t know how to choose the right one. For this matter, you can find an expert in any departmental store who can assist you in finding the bra of the right size and fitting. During exercise, don't wear regulars, make sure you are wear a sports bra which gives extra support to your bosoms. 3. Good body posture. Another thing that needs to be kept in mind is your posture. Bad posture not only affects our health, it also makes our bosoms look shapeless. Crooked and lowered shoulders make bosoms look very unattractive. Hence it’s extremely important to have a good posture. Any type of sport which makes your arms move and create tension of the thorax muscles will help you in improving that. Pushing your shoulders slightly forward and head high helps too. 4. Palpation and massage. Every woman should be bosom-aware. They should be performing a bosom self- examination monthly to check for consistency, nodules, tenderness and masses. A palpation of the can detect all of these abnormalities early on – maximizing your chance of early detection and survival from bosom cancer. A palpation refers to a method of examination in which the examiner feels for the size, shape, firmness and location of something. In this case – for inconsistencies and abnormalities within the bosom. Another way of nursing your bosoms is through proper massage. Remember, you cannot increase the size of your boobs but you can make them firm. Massage also improves the elasticity of the skin around that area. It is important to take special care of the skin of this area because it is tremendously prone to dryness and premature wrinkling. Incorporate a routine of cleaning exfoliating and moisturizing the bust area on regular basis. Frequent examination of bosom is very important. After the age of 20, every woman should do a monthly bosom self examination and should go for a clinical bosom exam annually. Anything unusual obervation must be reported to the doctor. Remember, “A stitch in time saves nine”. 5. Exercise. This also plays a vital role in keeping the bosoms beautiful, as it strengthens the muscles that support them. There are some simple exercises which help in toning these muscles. Moreover, working out stimulates the bosom tissues and helps them to drain excess fluids out to the arm pits. You may feel that the size has decreased but they look more youthful. 6. Eat the right meals and supplements. In addition to your meals, you can add these items to your meals as well make more list for yourself. 1. Walnut 2. beans 3.olive oil 4.coffee 5.salmons 6.plums and peaches. In all, no matter what the shape or size your bosom is, if you want them to keep looking young and healthy, you will have to start taking good care of them at the earliest. |
