Gathering of thieves.

The President and his goons are often times in a jocose or jocular mood. The temperament across the nation requires that they exude some level of sober reflection.

Thousands of people internally displaced in the North East will be unhappy with his daily pose for the camera, as if citing his insensitivity to their plight. The wives and children of gallant soldiers who are mourning will expect the President overtly identify with them.
