The Western press have put out nothing but lies and misinformation in regards to Nigeria's war on terror in the North East. The latest diabolical lies was put out by CNN that Nigeria's warplanes are flown by South Africans. Can you imagine the shadeless, embarrassing outright lies ?? Wow!
Fine, we know that often, these media houses rely on the input of their African staff most of which hate Nigeria because Nigerians threaten to deprive them of the comfort dummy of living in the safety of servitude to the white man. Nevertheless, Media houses like the BBC must remember that she has long been integral in shaping the world view of so many in developing societies. Long before internet and TV, poor folks in the remotest societies kept in touch with the world, listening to World Service on transistor radios:

Now the world has moved on but still people listen to CNN,BBC on media gadgets such as below

In short, the great western media houses mean so much to so many. Now, however, the new generation of CNN, BBC and ALJ reporters are ruining the reputation of the West for accurate news reporting by reporting falsely perhaps by allowing themselves to be exploited by racial and political agenda of the establishment. Importantly, by deliberately skewing news output, they will undermine the trust the world has for such organizations built up over many decade in the case of the BBC . Trust in the established media houses is especially important in this era of media proliferation, which has partly given rise to the phenomenon of conspiracy theories. We need an impartial BBC and CNN we can trust to point out corruption and mismanagement in developing Nations when it arises without those revelations being questioned because the integrity of news output has of recent fallen into disrepute. The BBC and CNN must not become more corrupt than the news of corruption it carries!

The small part Nigeria can play in helping the Western media safeguard their rapidly tarnishing reputation.

Could the Nigeria military or government not invite the international press, organize them under tarpaulin canopy and read them the riot act as in the pic below?

CNN,BBC,AlJ may be gloating at these lies put out on Nigeria but lets be frank, after this war, whether they put out that Nigeria military all ran to Abuja and left Niger, Chad and Cameroon to save Nigeria, soon it will be forgotten but Nigeria will emerge from this with a stronger military that people we remember and fear. We are going to build protection around our borders and by so doing effectively secure our security and place a strangle hold on the economic activity of much of west and central Africa. We are going to create a more robust military industry and probably draw our space program into the military sphere. We're going to build, UAV's ,Satellites and rockets. Nobody will talk us out of being forward thinking or sneakily prevent us from developing at a fast rate by tying our thought processes to that of other low thinking and servile African nations through some sort of broad Africa unity approach. On the other hand, as the true stories of this war pans out in future, the reputation of the BBC,CNN will be in ruins and that of China rise.

So save the BBC by tasking them to report the unadulterated truth!
