The Rivers State All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairman, Dr. Davies Ibiamu Ikanya has declared that the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is not ready for the 2015 general elections Dr Ikanya made this known in a press statement signed by his Senior Special Aide on Media and Public Affairs, Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, saying “this explains the desperation of the party to scuttle the polls with one booby trap after another”. http://skytrendnews.com/index.php/news/latest-reports/7248-jonathan-pdp-still-not-ready-for-poll-apc-insists
