Land is getting expensive.

Who would have imagined an increase of 75% just within a year.

Reports have it that the moment it is confirmed that the wasimi road would be tarred (already promised by the government), each acre would be sold at nothing less than N1m.

The decision to invest now or delay resides with us.

The Baales and families of some villages near Wasinmi (On the Express linking Sango Otta to Abeokuta, Just After Ewekoro) have Acres of farmland for sale.

The land is currently at N250,000 now N300,000 now N350,000 per acre.
