In a situation whereby after the March 28 Presidential polls, one of the two major parties (let's say APC) have the highest number of votes cast but couldn't meet up with the 25% votes of two-thirds of the states of the federation, while the other party (let's say PDP) followed with 25% of votes casted in two-thirds of the states. So whom do you think will be declared as winner, since they both fulfil one out of the two conditions of the electoral act? |
