PVC CARD #unit56 Ward20 by Nobody: 8:07pm On Mar 12, 2015
I registered at Unit 56 Ward 20 in 2011, stationed at Okilo road Abuloma, Okrika
Since the inception of the ongoing collection of PVC , which started at State Primary School Abuloma and now shifted to Ozuboko Primary School, I have consistently been told by inec officials that those whose surname began with E ( which my surname began)and O are been reprinted, even as of today, their answer remains the same.
Could the councillor of this unit and ward, or any officer of inec either federal or state, please provide, plausible explanation.
Also many PVC,s has remained uncollected
