Hell no!!! Charity begins at home. It will still remain the duty of the parent, whose words are taken more seriously with fear, and in anycase are'nt moral disciplines been taught in religious studies? what i advice is a call for strong/more stringent approach on children from parents at home and religious teachers at schools.
qbd2 see what I mean??

Hmm, yes. But parents have more responsibility still cos dey can decide to withdraw dere child from d course. And in nigeria we have to combine both religious and scientific approach cos its just what works for us. Most of us follow religions that talk against fornication and adultery. We still have to acknoledge dat fact. In d west they may teach from a scientific approach, but that's cos it works for them. D demographic of pple here in nigeria is diff.and it helps too, that fear instilled by parents helps to some extent. Another one of our cultures to remember.
