Not when it violates the English alphabet. The alphabet is constant. You can't call '' night'' ''Nighnt" in any century. it will be wrong due to the laws of vowels and consonants.
The same applies to Chidinma. It violates the Igbo alphabet.

The pronunciation of knife is nma in my dialect, but the spelling is mma.

Meanwhile Chidinma is the correct spelling and pronunciation of the name, from our end as confirmed by both of them

O di nma = it is good
O ma ra mma = it is beautiful.


Like I said it is a dialect thing, and no dialect is Supreme over another.
