All in the hope of winning re-run. Maybe presidential election should be holding every 6 months, and see how Nigeria will turn to Canada in less than 5 years
...I concur with you.6 months is half of a year,I suggest 3 months.

Does this 50% affect the fixed charge too? If not I see this as a quick fix patch to no avail.

I pity this country, is this not the same Amadi that has been saying all this years that it is only a. continuous upward review of electricity tarriff that can guarantee investment in power.I recall,he even said some time ago that our tariff is on of the cheapest in the world. Petrol was reduced by #10,and for the past two weeks virtually all filling stations in Nigeria is selling for #100 and above,Nigerians should simply do the needful,by punishing GEJ with their PVC come march 28.
Amadi is lying. we have liars in government organs

This is the benefit of having a strong opposition. It makes the government to sit up. All of a sudden, with six weeks to elections, GEJ is now listening to the cry of the masses. He had every opportunity to write his name in gold but he screwed up. He was the most loved president initially. Nigerians with one voice handed him the presidency, but he spat on our faces. Meanwhile, #march4saibaba
