This is getting me pissed. why do most employers prefer to honor job application from females alone? I've tried in so many establishments and what they say is, 'we don't employ male,only females'. fellow NLanders, have you encountered such before?

There is no big deal there.
If you get that as a reply, it means they don't have job for you there simply check elsewhere.
There are still other firms that would prefer male applicants. cry

Sometimes depend on what u study, if u study marketing there will prefer female over, study courses like engineering, technology were female run away from there will be no competitions i swear...... grin
