Great idea. Please don't allow any doubter to derail your noble idea. I love this idea and I can help you to achieve it.

I am a professional Engineer and I can make the Architectural and Structural designs ready. And also contribute my N600, 000.
I think FUNAAB in Ogun state or MAPOLY will be great.

Since the total amount will come up to N12M , I suggest we do 20 micro flats comprising a room with toilet/bath and kitchenette. On a storey building. Each of the contributor or Joint-Owner will be entitled to one. If we get adequate number it's better to take do some legal agreements and talk to First Bank Trustees or just open a normal Joint account

If we ve 20pple coming 2geda dis cud sail well, plss more pple neded,dis s beta dan buyin shares, we form a real estate company, register it n pull our money in to a joint acct,tink about it cheers

yea post been long but am still intrested if we can run this together

Good idea but due to the Nigeria angle this requires a registered LLC at minimum.

There are some important leg work that the OP needs to do ahead of time for this great idea to even get traction.

hello, pls could you stated what is needed to do so we can know if it's going to be feasible or not. I'm interested in the project. I don't know anything about llc registration.
